When I first picked up a camera, I was transfixed. It was my dad's Minolta film SLR from about 1976. It was beautiful. The way the focusing screen showed an image in isolation from the world had me hooked.
Now, I'm still hooked. I pick up the camera and see the world in a different light. If I'm feeling sad, the best thing that I can do is pick up a camera.
Photography for me is storytelling and when I'm working, I'm in conversation, sometimes literally. My process is about working and workshopping an idea, an expression, a shape, a landscape until we find the sweet spot.
I would love to tell your story, whether you're celebrating the most amazing time of your life, capturing movement and expression, building a brand or making some art. Get in touch and ask me anything. I'm here to help.
